teak Buddha
is one of the finest pieces
I have seen. It is an elegant
masterpiece. The hands are in
the jnana mudra which is the gesture
of teaching. They are in the Om mudra
as well. With proper lighting it almost
looks alive. Oiled teak is a beautiful wood
the color looks like a rich walnut.
This is a wonderful work of art.
I have seen hundreds of carved
Buddhas & never seen one this nice.
